Kindertransport: Rescuing Children on the Brink of War – Speacial Exhibition Opening

A special exhibition and public program at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, presenting the history of the Kindertransport rescue effort that brought nearly 10,000 unaccompanied Jewish children from Nazi‑controlled Europe to the United Kingdom between 1938 and 1939. The opening event features Melissa Hacker, Executive Director of the Kindertransport Association, reflecting on the rescue, its legacy, and the experiences of the children who rebuilt their lives in Britain and later in the United States, Israel, Canada, and Australia.
