SUMMARY:World Federation of Jewish Child Survivors of the Holocaust and Des
 cendants\, KTA\, GSI Conference
DESCRIPTION:The World Federation of Jewish Survivors of the Holocaust and D
 escendants (WFJCSH&amp\;D) will hold a 33rd Annual Conference in Washingto
 n\, D.C.\,  August 25-28\, 2023\, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The Kindert
 ransport Association will join the conference once again as will members o
 f Generations of the Shoah International (GSI).\n\nIn three days\, a remar
 kable community of Holocaust Survivors and Descendants is created.\n\nThe 
 conference begins Friday afternoon\, August 25 with an informal get togeth
 er. Friday night Shabbat services are followed by a festive dinner. After 
 dinner there is a gathering for all generations of the Kindertransport.  
 Saturday and Sunday are full days of speakers\, workshops\, and panels.\n\
 nAfter dinner on Saturday\, there will be music and dancing until the wee 
 hours. Sunday evening includes a commemorative service\, then dinner follo
 wed by dancing. The conference concludes Monday at 11 am after a panel dis
 cussion and closing ceremony. Optional add-on post conference trips to loc
 al sights may be planned.\n\nWe hope you will join us for a memorable thre
