SUMMARY:KTA Online Social Chat for KT2s
DESCRIPTION:The KTA invites KTA members of the Second Generation (KT2s) to
an informal virtual chat session on zoom. The KT2 Virtual Gathering is a c
hat creating a Second Generation Kindertransport forum\, giving us a chanc
e to get to know other KT2s\, connect with old acquaintances\, meet new mi
spoche\, and socialize online. In the past\, we attended biennial KTA conf
erences that offered us a chance to meet and speak about shared thoughts a
nd feelings of life as a KT2. These virtual gatherings\, in addition to th
e annual World Federation of Jewish Child Survivors of the Holocaust and D
escendants annual conferences\, allow us to speak about matters on our min
ds\, share what we have been doing\, and express thoughts about contempora
ry issues.\n\nThe suggested theme for this event is: At what age did you f
irst become aware of the Kindertransport experience of your parent(s)?\n\n
This event is open to KT2 members of the KTA only.
