DESCRIPTION:The date marks the first anniversary of the passing away of Sir
  Nicholas Winton and the 77th anniversary of the arrival in Harwich and Lo
 ndon of his largest single transport of 241 children\, on 1st July 1939. V
 arious events in Harwich during the day will commemorate the Kindertranspo
 rt operation. A special train comprising the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust’s
  new-build steam locomotive “Tornado” and a set of vintage carriages w
 ill run from London Victoria to Harwich Town.
